The Arteries team is on top – literally this time!

Over the weekend, part of the Arteries team decided it would be fun to have a little physical challenge outside the office: we conquered the Chopok peak in the Slovak Tatras, together, having fun, adapting to each other’s physical fitness. Everyone made it to the top, tired but satisfied and experiencing the power of team spirit in a different way to usual.

It wasn’t just the natural highlands we encountered: on the way we also discovered the fantastic Liberty Dripstone Cave deep underground, which was absolutely amazing. After our adventures, we relaxed in the hotel’s wellness area or bar, among other places, where we told stories about the day’s events (also) in a cheerful way, not sparing jokes. 🙂

In the evenings, we continued our work and business planning together in workshops, discussing personal, human topics related to the life of the company, but also deep professional issues. We also organised a playful evening programme, in which we competed a little, because cohesion is not only built on work, but also through tearful laughter and experiences! We talked, we laughed, and we created and planned together: we worked on ourselves, our relationships, our team unity. We all came away feeling that the weekend had been refreshing in every sense, and that it had been good to be together.

The memories gathered over the weekend, the challenges we overcame together and the deep conversations we had, further strengthened the bond between the Arteries team, and we will try to show this in our work. To our partners and future colleagues, we say: there’s no question that we’re going higher than Mount Chopok, and we look forward to having you on this adventure with us!
