COVID-19 has virtually transformed everyday life all over the world. There is no sector, company or person who is not affected in some way. We would therefore like to give our partners a status report on the changes at Arteries. The key point is in the title: we are not stopping, we are not even slowing down. Of course, health and the safety of our employees are our top priority. We started more than 10 years ago with just a few people. And although we now have nearly 50 employees and collaborators, the family atmosphere remains. So it goes without saying that looking after each other is just as much a priority within the company as it is towards our partners. This has resulted in some changes, which, although they may affect the flow of processes to a greater or lesser extent, do not affect the effectiveness and success of the business. A significant number of our colleagues work from home offices. This is the service area where this shift has been smoothest. We immediately expanded the company’s toolkit to meet the needs of our employees, so that no one would miss out on working from home. Some team members still go into one or other of our offices, but they can work in complete safety: in an area where there were dozens of workstations, now 2-3 people can comfortably maintain the recommended 2-3 metre distance. In addition, each office is equipped with hand sanitisers, disposable paper towels and similar essential equipment. Much of the interaction with our partners has always taken place online. Now the balance has shifted even more towards digital for kick-off, demo and status meetings, as well as for signing contracts. We thank our clients for their trust and cooperation so far.
